We can assist you with additional resources and market intelligence in relation to all kinds of property transactions. We control the transaction process, coordinate (and where appropriate select or recommend) external technical, legal, and environmental advisors, and prepare the commercial executive decision. In particular, we act as outsourced service provider for international investors that, for tax or organizational purposes, do not have a permanent establishment within Germany.   We provide consulting services in relation to, and analyses of, individual objects, portfolios, and market segments. While we are in a position to offer flexible fee arrangements, including hourly and man day rates, retainers, and, success fees, we do not act as real estate brokers in a traditional sense.
